In order for a company to grow, the organizations that are part of it must be able to learn. They must learn to change, reorganize, share information and know-how.
This program focuses on learning organizations, to understand how they can adapt to the entry of ever-changing generations, promote diversity by reconciling life and well-being, and continue to grow together with the people who make them up.
Companies, human capital professionals, and interested parties will be encouraged to share and translate into concrete actions practices of talent attractiveness and retention, L&D, DE&I, and organizational transformation. What does it mean, in practice, to put people at the center?
